Regulatory & Compliance Associate
Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an Associate with 2-3 years of regulatory and compliance experience to join their team. This position can be based in the firm’s Atlanta or Washington DC office.
The estimated salary for this position is $205,000-$250,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Overview:
This role will support the firm’s regulatory practices, including Payment Systems & Fintech and Privacy & Cybersecurity.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of regulatory and compliance experience in a law firm, with an emphasis on banking and financial services, payment processors, fintech, data privacy and security, anti-money laundering, and money transmission
- Experience in drafting commercial contracts is preferred and familiarity with healthcare or environmental regulations is valued
- JD from an accredited university and excellent academic credentials
- Membership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that state
